We hope that all party goers had a fantastic time and we hope to see you all at a game or event in the near future. Take a look at all the fun that was had through this video of the day here:
The party got started at 1pm sharp in Thomond Park when Santa walked through the room with Mrs Claus with a quick hello for all the guests before he took his place in the stadium to meet all the children and hand out presents.
The main room was bouncing with activity as children got their faces painted, made balloon animals, created masterpieces in the arts and crafts area and more.
The DJ kept the dancefloor hopping and the party goers were joined by a number of characters including Paw Patrol, Beauty and the Beast, Peppa Pig, Minions and more and took part in lots of games such as pass the parcel, dance competitions and even their very own Mannequin Challenge!
Our youngest supporters had their very own soft play area and were kept entertained by Minnie and Mickey and many more too.
A large number of the Munster Rugby team made themselves available to meet the Junior Club members and join in the festivities – thanks to Francis Saili, Ronan O'Mahony, Ian Keatley, Andrew Conway, Cathal Sheridan, Jean Kleyn, Tyler Bleyendaal, Dave Kilcoyne, Mike Sherry, Jack O'Donoghue, Robin Copeland, Jaco Taute, Tommy O'Donnell, Duncan Casey, Te Aihe Toma, Rhys Marshall and Thomas Du Toit.
Junior Club Captain Dave Kilcoyne had a great time meeting his Junior Club members and shared this post on his Instagram after the event:
Then it was time to meet the main man himself – Santa Claus! All of our Junior Club members must have been extra good this year as each of them got a gift from St Nick. All attendees can check their emails to download their photo's from their visit to Santa.
An extra special thank you to all the volunteers and members of the Committee who put in tremendous effort to make this party such a success.
Another big thank you to Marks and Spencers and Riverrock for providing the goody bags for all the children and to Giggles Entertainment for keeping the party rocking all day.
