Membership Renewal Update

We would like to apologise to members for the delay in the dates for renewals going live.

Every year there are revisions to the system for modifications and changes. Testing has revealed some issues with the introduction of Heineken Cup Family Tickets and the reconfiguration of the Musgrave Park stand and further checking is required.

We expect all matters to be resolved later today but we will not be going live with renewals today – experience has taught us that large scale transactions should not commence on a Friday. We expect that limited renewals with Live Testing will start later today and that Open Retain/Renew Existing will follow early next week.

We will issue an update this afternoon regarding renewal dates, especially with regard to the Easter break.
