Membership Renewals – Dates

There will be a number of News Items regarding membership renewals over the next couple of weeks available to view here on the website. The information this year has been split into seperate news items to ensure it is as reader friendly as possible for members. We would ask that members refer to these news items for the information relevant to your membership renewal and choice of season ticket. 1. RENEWAL DATES The final testing with regard to the renewal process is well advanced and is on target programme. Currently, we expect that all members will be able to renew during the following dates; * Wednesday 30th March at 12 noon to Wednesday 6th April at 12 noon – Existing Members wishing to renew with the exact same tickets can do so. * Wednesday 30th March at 12 noon to Wednesday 6th April at 12 noon – Existing Members wishing to keep some and change some of their existing tickets can RESERVE the tickets that they wish to keep. * Thursday 7th April at 12 noon to Monday 11th April at 3pm – All existing members who elected to RESERVE an existing seat can renew their membership with the reserved seat and any other ticket [after 3pm on Monday 11th, all tickets will no longer be reserved and members can select from what is available] * Thursday 7th April at 12 noon to Tuesday 3rd May – Existing Members can renew and select tickets as they are available * Thursday 7th April at 4pm to 12 noon on Tuesday 3rd May – New Members can join and select tickets as they are available; new members can nominate an existing member who recommended that they join. Such existing members will be rewarded with credit against future season ticket as per News Item. Reserved Seats If you reserve a ticket, this will be the only ticket that you will be able to purchase (for that location) between 7th and 11th April. It is not possible to have one ticket reserved just in case a better seat may become available. OTHER NEWS ITEMS ON RENEWALS WHICH MAY BE OF INTEREST
