Ticket Account Balances – Transferred For Use At Renewals

If you were unable to attend a Magners League match this season and sold your ticket through the Ticket Exchange facility, you are due a refund in respect of this sale. As in previous seasons, the amount of such refund will be deducted from your membership renewal total. The amount that may have been in your Ticket Exchange account as at 8th March has now been transferred to your renewal details. If you are due a refund and decide not to renew, Munster Rugby Ticket Office will be in contact with you after the renewal process. If you sell a ticket for a match after 8th March, the money will remain in your Ticket Exchange account and can be used for purchase of other tickets or may be carried forward to future renewals.
